We start with a brief Service Inquiry Form telling us the basic foundations of where your company is and where you want to be, followed by the Predictive Index survey. This helps us get a better sense of your work style and how you approach problem-solving and communication. It’s a key part of our process and helps us make an informed initial assessment of compatibility.
If your service needs to align with what we offer, we’ll move forward with scheduling a Partnership Exploration meeting. Before we meet, we’ll gather more detailed information about your business and accounting setup. During the meeting, we’ll review your initial and pre-meeting surveys and have an open conversation to assess alignment from both sides. This step helps us determine if a partnership would be a strong fit.
If we both agree the partnership is a strong fit, we’ll move forward with a proposal, engagement agreement and begin the onboarding process. Onboarding typically takes one to four months and is one of the most important steps in our approach. We start by learning how your business operates, using a proven process of team communication and reverse engineering. Thanks to our team’s deep operational and technology expertise, your involvement during implementation is minimal. They’re usually looking for a partner to help shape the business as it grows, so our services are often paired with consulting to offer guidance and support through those early stages.
Catch-Up and Clean-Up is for businesses that have fallen behind and need help getting back on track. This includes setting up and implementing solid processes while also correcting past discrepancies. The goal is to bring operations and trust management up to date so everything runs smoothly moving forward.
Full Service and Ongoing Account Management is for businesses or individuals looking for a long-term partner to handle their trust management and accounting needs. Whether you need full support or just help with specific areas, this option offers consistent, reliable service to keep everything running smoothly over time.
Train and Transfer is for clients with a capable full-time team who need support setting up systems and processes or rolling out new accounting tools. The focus is on creating a solid operational foundation, then shifting those responsibilities to the internal team through hands-on training. This engagement requires a six-month commitment with three months dedicated to building out the process and three months focused on training and transition.
Consulting and Coaching offers ad hoc support in operational strategy and revenue planning to help companies build a stable foundation and scale with clarity and confidence. These one-on-one sessions are led by Cori Lee and are tailored to meet each business’s unique goals and challenges.
