Solution Paths
One-Time Projects
Similar to the On-Boarding process, one-time projects usually last between 1-3 months and have a directed focus with a clear end of service date. These projects are usually deliverables that your team just doesn’t have the time, means, or knowledge to get off their plates. Synthesis will help you complete these.
On-Going Services & Support
Once we have completed the On-Boarding phase we will transition into our service package. These service solutions are custom-tailored to your needs. Every company is different, for some we operate as the bookkeeping department while others we manage end-of-month statements only.
What to Expect
Service Consultation
During this thirty-minute overview consultation, we will screen share and establish an understanding of your needs. This meeting is free of charge and will help us create a customized proposal for our services. This consultation is intended to be a two-way interview where we decide if we are a good fit for each other.
Proposal & Engagement
If we are a fit, after our initial assessment we will compile and review the information, create a proposal and send it over to you for your review. If we are in agreement on the scope of work, you will be sent a digital Engagement Agreement for services to commence. Each agreement will have an On-Boarding/Project and On-Going service proposal. Each proposal is completely customized based on your needs as a company.
On-Boarding
During this phase, we will get to know your company. This is where we will dive in so to speak. We will familiarize ourselves with the processes you currently utilize. We will also make note of any that need to be established and/or modified. This is where we map out where we want to be and what is holding us back from getting there. This phase lasts between 1-3 months and will produce the long-term strategy for your trust management, complete with process creation, mapping, and optimization.
